This holiday season, Sunway Malls is bringing a soft, warm touch to the festivities with their nationwide campaign, 'Cozy Cozy Christmas'
Inspired by the global "kidult" trend that celebrates playful nostalgia, the malls are transforming into immersive, cosy-themed installations filled with plush textures and whimsical characters.
From snowy experiences to creative workshops, here is what you can expect at each Sunway Mall:
1. Sunway Pyramid
From 21 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, the mall transforms into a warm and magical landscape at the LG2 Blue Concourse, hosted by Leo, the Festive Navigator. At the same time, visitors are in for a treat with 'A Snowy Experience' every evening, turning the area into a snowy and festive place.
At the heart of it all, the Giant Tree Walkway and Cozy Leo Display set the stage for holiday cheers, while A Cozy Playtime invites children to jump into fun, while families shop at festive pop-ups by Famous Amos, Luna Jewellery, Hydro Flask, Kiehl's, and GOLD (Generating Opportunities for Learning Disables).
For those who love being creative, you can join workshops to craft personalised keychains or visit the Cozy Gift-Wrapping Station near the Ground Floor Main Concierge. In the spirit of giving, shoppers can donate to GOLD and send a plushie to a good cause, or join the Snap, Share & Support campaign, where every tagged photo with #CozyCozyChristmas, #CozyAtPyramid, and #TogetherForGoodcontributes RM1 to charity.
Also, don't forget to redeem exclusive rewards like a Cozy Blind Box, Cozy Cabin Luggage, and even stand a chance to win a one-year Preferred Parking Pass when you shop!
2. Sunway Velocity Mall
Bubbly, the Spirited Foodie, is taking charge of the festivities here from 21 November 2025 to 1 January 2026. The mall invites you to be creative at the Cozy Cozy Playtime Workshops, where you can make plushies, wreaths, pillow mists, and mini Christmas trees. Also, keep an eye out for appearances by Santa, magic shows, and lively performances every weekend.
Look out for beautifully crafted mini trees made of recyclable materials which you can vote for from the Cozy Christmas Tree Contest located at the Main Atrium, Ground Floor.
The celebration also involves the Heartmade Christmas Project, spreading joy to paediatric patients at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity through crafts, movies, and a Santa giveaway, culminating in a Heartmade Christmas Tree that shoppers can also help decorate.
Shoppers here can also look forward to redeeming merchandise like a Chic Travel Pouch Set, Cozy Care Set & Cozy Blind Box, Clay Comfort Set, when you shop at Sunway Velocity Mall or an AEON RM50 Cash Voucher that is exclusive to Sunway Velocity Two.
3. Sunway Putra Mall
From 21 November 2025 to 4 January 2026, you can expect a cosy retreat led by Piney, the Evergreen Dreamer. Sunway Putra will feature the glowing Giant Piney Display, perfect for festive photos. Shoppers can also explore festive showcases by Sunway Putra Hotel, Shimmer G, GPR Cookies, Cookies by Yusa, Toy World, Popular, Vern's, Bath & Body Works, and Home's Harmony.
Over at the Local Alley (Level 5), families can spend quality time together by decorating gingerbread cookies, crafting mini wreaths, or sewing plushies every weekend and during the public holidays at 3pm. Meanwhile, the festive spirit fills the mall with various Cozy Christmas Performances starting at 5pm.
To top it all off, you can redeem free gifts when you shop such as an Exquisite Dining Plate, Bath & Body Works Spray Sanitizer, a Cozy Blind Box, and Free Parking*.
4. Sunway Carnival Mall
From 28 November to 28 December 2025, Sunway Carnival Mall is the place to be for artisanal finds. The celebrations sparkle with Santa Meet & Greets, the Cozy Christmas Dance, and jolly tunes from the Cozy Christmas Live Band.
They are collaborating with Hin Market to present the Merry Mood Market from 12 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, a bustling festive marketplace filled with handcrafted gifts.
Starting 13 December 2025, weekend workshops will offer sessions on making clay soap, scented candles, perler beads, and crochet flowers. You can also stand a chance to redeem a Yuzhou Tea Voucher, a Cozy Blind Box, or a Mini Hand-Carry Luggage when you shop there.
5. Sunway Big Box Retail Park
At Sunway Big Box Retail Park, Gabby's Dollhouse: The Movie Campaign is taking over the East Wing, Box in Box, and Main Concourse from 5 to 31 December 2025!
The Main Concourse (East Wing) will be filled with fun as kids go on adventures to redeem special Gabby gifts. You can even meet Gabby herself during her appearance schedule every weekend and on Christmas day itself at 11am, 3pm, and 7pm.
For a cute bonus, redeem Cat Ear Headbands just by posting a photo on social media at the Cat Francisco photo booth. Shoppers spending at the mall can also stand a chance to take home a Cozy Cozy Blind Box or a RM50 Padini Voucher.
6. Sunway Kluang Mall
Sunway Kluang Mall comes alive with Cozy Christmas Performances, featuring music and dance showcases, magic shows, and Meet & Greets with Santa that bring joy to visitors of all ages.
The season of giving is strong here with the Angel Tree initiative running from 1 to 20 December, allowing visitors to fulfil a child's Christmas wish with gifts being presented during the Cozy Xmas Day Out on 21 December.
Throughout December, the Cozy Cozy Bazaar will light up the the Atrium (5 to 28 December 2025) and Centre Court (19 to 28 December 2025) with festive treats like handcrafted gifts and cookies.
And, just like all the malls listed above, shoppers who spend at the mall will also be eligible to redeem a Cozy Cozy Blind Box to take home.
