We usually head to Starbucks to get our caffeine fix, catch up with friends, or just work on our laptops for hours.

But recently, Starbucks Ampang DT has transformed into something a little more special, a stage to highlight the local music scene.

Forget massive stages or loud concerts. The sessions are all about fostering community in a way that feels genuine and culturally grounded.

The goal is to spotlight Malaysian creative talents by giving them a platform to perform in a warm, intimate setting. Think of it as a jamming session with friends!

And, if you have a particularly strong FOMO, you've still got two more Saturdays to catch it.

You can still catch the final two House Blends sessions on 13 December and 20 December. The performances run from 4pm to 7pm, making it the perfect evening wind-down activity.

Sessions will feature homegrown talents showcasing their original songs. It's a great way to chill with some music while enjoying your favourite drinks and maybe even discover your next favourite local musicians!

That's not all, while the current sessions are all about acoustic tunes and chill vibes, House Blends is building up to a much larger celebration of local art

These intimate showcases are paving the way for a grand launch later on and for now, Kopi Creator Kolektif will continue to spotlight Malaysian talent across music and film in the coming months.

It's part of a longer-term commitment to support the local creative industry, creating a space for connection and community.
