45 minutes of FlyCycle = 45 minutes of fun "torture". :p

Before, we used to think indoor cycling means sitting on a stationary bike and pedalling non-stop with only your sweaty reflection and a scary trainer for company. In short, not a lot of fun. At all.

But seriously, how hard can it be to pedal for 45 minutes right? \*nervous laughter\*

Then we went for an actual spinning class at FlyCycle and boy, were we wrong!

Rather than just 45 minutes of endless cycling, **FlyCycle** incorporates elements of cardio, dancing, spinning, and dynamic movements set to a heart-pumping, energetic soundtrack.

**Plus, classes are held in a dark LED-lit room, so you'll feel like you're in a spinning rave party rather than a, well, class.** It definitely helps that our instructor is a treat for the eyes too… 😉

Say hello to our super energetic instructor Alando!
