Looking for more than just a latte run? General Store in Kuchai Lama isn't just about the coffee.
It's a vibe, a mood board, and a community space all rolled into one.

The moment you step in, you're greeted by pegboard walls dripping with art prints, golden plaques, vinyls, and retro toys.
It's a mash-up of lounge meets gallery meets curated childhood chaos, but in a way that feels cohesive, warm, and deeply cool.

The café doubles as a retail space that highlights emerging Asian designers, artists, and brands
On top of that, they host the occasional tattoo pop-up, skate-themed collab, or art showcase, giving the space a pulse that feels intentional and ever-changing.

The décor is like someone turned their creative brain into a room
Walls are anchored by minimalist pegboards with a vintage car, framed comic prints, and vinyl records propped beside tees and tote bags.
It's playfully chaotic (in a good way) and refreshingly unpretentious.

The menu covers the classics with a few creative twists
They offer solid espresso-based drinks and affogatos, like pistachio affogato.
There's also Niko Neko matcha drinks for the purists, as well as mocktails.

Hungry? They've got you covered with fresh doughnuts, creamy burnt cheesecake, and a comforting slice of carrot cake.
They also recently offered sea salt brownies and espresso chocolate sourdough.

According to their website, General Store plans to launch an online shop selling curated collectibles and merch.
So, you might soon be able to take a piece of the vibe home with you.
