Under the new rules, passengers must carry their power banks with them at all times
Storing them in checked baggage or overhead compartments is strictly prohibited.
Instead, they should be placed in a carry-on bag under the seat or in the seat pocket in front of you.

Additionally, charging power banks during the flight is not allowed
Passengers are also prohibited from using power banks while taxiing, during takeoff, or whenever the seatbelt sign is on.
Each passenger can carry up to two power banks, provided they have a capacity of between 100 and 160Wh.
Any spare lithium-ion batteries or power banks must not be packed in checked luggage under any circumstances.
