If you've been looking for the perfect spot to soak in Mid-Autumn Festival vibes, Kwai Chai Hong's latest installation will sweep you straight into the realm of legends

This year, the heritage lane in Chinatown is aglow with Moonlit Blossom 花月, a dreamy setup inspired by the tale of Wu Gang 吳剛, the poor woodcutter destined to chop endlessly at a magical osmanthus tree on the Moon.
The centrepiece of this year's installation is a magnificent glowing moon, surrounded by over 100 hanging flower-shaped lanterns

As you walk through the alley, the ambience feels like stepping into a folktale.
Osmanthus petals floating in the air, together with the glow of the lanterns and moonlight, give the sense that you've slipped into an old Chinese legend.
It's a moment made for both reflection and photos. So, get your cameras ready.

Curated by Kwai Chai Hong's co-founder Javier Chor, Moonlit Blossom is brought to life with Seeing Artelier's creative touch
Founder Wong Si Ying and Lead Motion Designer Chia Yuan Hong have layered in immersive AR animations, letting visitors witness the falling Osmanthus petals digitally each time Wu Gang swings his axe.
This clever mix of digital storytelling and age-old myth gives new life to a timeless reminder: perseverance can transform even the toughest challenges into beauty.
