Think Korean fried chicken is the peak? Think again. This spot in KL is roasting up whole chicken the old-school Korean way.

Tucked away in Soho KL, Solaris Mont Kiara, 360° Chicken specialises in tongdak-gui, a traditional Korean-style rotisserie chicken that's slow-roasted and stuffed with glutinous rice, ginseng, and more.

360° Chicken slow-cooks their chicken over mangrove wood

And you can instantly catch a whiff of its delicious, one-of-a-kind aroma.

Before grilling, the chickens are delicately marinated for 24 hours to ensure they're jam-packed with flavour.

Then, they're grilled over mangrove wood fire at 360° for a little over two hours. Totally worth the effort!

Once cooked, the chickens are served in a few different ways

The original whole wood-fired grilled chicken costs RM75 and delivers tender, juicy goodness for those who want to enjoy this dish in all its smoky, flavourful glory.

Craving something extra? Go for their cheesy whole chicken (RM85) for melty bites, or try the sweet garlic version (RM85) if you're into a little tangy kick.

If you're looking for something different, try the RM85 noodle chicken that, you guessed it, has noodles on top. Combining the chicken's hearty texture with the soft, spicy noodles is worth every bite.

And if a whole chicken sounds like a bit much, you can get each of these options as half servings, perfect if your eyes are bigger than your stomach.

Chicken's not the entire story, of course. Check out their other mouth-watering dishes and sides as well.

For noodle lovers, you won't be disappointed. Their menu includes options like the fresh and refreshing buckwheat noodles (RM35) that will have you licking your plate clean.

For those who want some fresh greens, order the fajita (RM35) so you can wrap up your choice of chicken in soft tortillas, complete with sour cream, lettuce, and salsa. Yum!
