Backed by over 30 years of butchery expertise, The Butcher's Table has spent the past eight years building a brand rooted in tradition. Their latest outlet, recently launched, is located at Faber Towers.
What sets this new outlet apart is their diverse menu with dishes that have only the freshest ingredients and meats. Their sausages are known for being completely made by the restaurant without additives.
If you're coming here, you can expect meats of top-notch quality, with every bite being cooked to perfection.
Here's the best part: We got to enjoy a whopping selection of about a dozen dishes from their menu!
They kicked things off with refreshing servings of their House Salad and German Potato Salad (RM24.90)
They served not one, but two different salads, and we happily dug into the fresh, crispy greens.
The radish slices and cherry tomatoes in the House Salad added a refreshing pop of zest.
Next, we were served the Crispy Roast Pork with Pickled Vege (RM34.50), followed by the Grilled Pancetta (RM25.50)
We could not stop talking about the Crispy Roast Pork with Pickled Vege. The outer crispiness and inner tenderness made us simply obsessed.
Served in a few curved strips, the Grilled Pancetta was a fun addition, too. We liked how it was cooked to perfection: it was a little firm, yet soft enough to cut apart.
Our highlight of the brunch? Definitely the Housemade Sausages, with a selection of Cheese Sausage (RM34.85), Iberico Sausage (RM17.55), and Farmer's Bratwurst (RM13.95)
Their standard menu has a whopping selection of 11 different sausages, but for this occasion, they shone the spotlight on three in particular.
Out of the three, we found ourselves constantly reaching for the cheese sausages, since we couldn't get enough of the cheesy goodness.

The deliciousness kept coming! They followed up with Smoked Pork Knuckle with Sauerkraut (RM148), Tomapork (RM168.25), and Truffle Mac and Cheese (RM55).
Unlike other typical delis, this eatery's Smoked Pork Knuckle is cooked to be extra tender. The tangy and slightly sour sauerkraut on the side really complements the meat.
Served with a few pork slices, the Tomapork was served with coleslaw and fries, bringing a sort of Western vibe to the entire palette.
We must've taken at least three servings of their Truffle Mac and Cheese. Everything about this dish just works so well, from the bacon to the tender truffle mushrooms.
We had a sweet ending with their exclusive dessert
To end things on a sweet note, they surprised us with a decadent cheesecake (not available on their standard menu).
There was a rather interesting contrast between the slight sweetness of the cheesecake and the meats on top.
