Remember the kittens that 'invaded' our newsrooms and even 'interrupted' our news broadcast?
These little furballs paid us a visit on 25 June, accompanied by their fosterer, Jaymee Goh, a science fiction and fantasy writer and editor.
They weren't here for laser-pointer fun. The kittens came to our office to star in a series of promotional videos for our cat adoption drive at Pavilion Damansara Heights on 20 July.
Leading the 'breaking mews' segments was none other than TV3 news presenter Nur Jamalina Mohamad Jamali, who slipped into the anchor's chair while the kittens staged their adorable newsroom takeover.
However, more than two months later, these feline headliners are still looking for their forever homes.
Here are the details of the kittens if you'd like to welcome one into your family:
Cashmere, the bag inspector

Cashmere.

Grocery run? He'll climb into your bag. Zoom call? He's perched on your laptop. Shower? He'll cry outside the door to make sure you're okay.
Rescued from a TNR site at just 4 months old, Cashmere was so trusting that he walked straight into a carrier without fuss.
Now fully vaccinated, neutered, and tested negative for both FIV and FELV, this playful, food-motivated boy even knows simple commands like "sit" and "come".
The Prawn Babies, three 7-month-old siblings named Bemban, Ronggeng, and Geragau
The siblings were rescued along with their mother from a trap-neuter-release site. Their mum has since been adopted, leaving the trio in search of homes of their own.
Now triple-vaccinated and recovered from a minor fungus infection, the Prawn Babies are ready for adoption. Each one has their own unique charm:

Bemban is the gregarious leader. He is always the first to check out something new and sniff a stranger. He loves his giant cat wheel and chasing toys during playtime.

Ronggeng.

Ronggeng is a thrill seeker, happiest when climbing to high places. She's chatty too, often sounding like she wants to speak to the manager. And yes, the manager is you. Independent by nature, she'd do well as a solo cat.

Geragau.

Geragau is a quiet gentle soul until… he gets to know you. Once he trusts you, your belly is his new bed.
While their newsroom debut may have been staged for fun, their search for permanent homes is very real
Cashmere and the Prawn Babies are affectionate, healthy, and each bursting with personality.
All they need now is someone to make them the stars of their own households.
