Ready to celebrate with these ketupat, baju melayu and duit raya cookies? Find out how to make them here:

**Ingredients (cookie):**
– 1/2 cup melted butter
– 3/4 cup icing sugar
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 egg
– 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
– 1 1/2 cups flour

**Ingredients (icing):**
– 3/4 cup icing sugar
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 2 tablespoons water
– Food colouring

**Steps:**
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix melted butter with icing sugar, baking powder, egg, and vanilla essence.
3. Add flour and mix until it forms a dough.
4. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate the dough for 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle working surface with flour and roll out the dough.
6. Cut out Raya cookie designs of your choice (suggested designs: *ketupat*, *baju melayu*, and *duit raya* packets).
6. Bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
7. To prepare the icing, mix all the icing ingredients. Adjust with more water if needed.
8. Once cookies have cooled, pipe the icing onto the cookie.
9. Cool cookies until the icing sets.
10. Serve them up for Raya!
