There's a new ramen spot in town, founded by none other than David Chin, the man behind Dave's Deli and Cafe Bistrot David
Ramen David is a modern ramen restaurant serving bowls built on Japanese technique with a Malaysian soul.

The journey began two years ago with a simple goal: to create ramen that's comforting, thoughtfully made, and uniquely theirs
The team even travelled to Osaka to learn from sensei Miyajima, mastering not just the noodles, but the philosophy behind each bowl.
Today, that training comes through in broths simmered for up to 12 hours, made without MSG or artificial flavourings, and paired with noodles made fresh daily and aged for the perfect texture.

The menu offers a range of ramen options, including the standout Kaki Shio (Oyster Ramen), a semi-creamy mix of chicken and seafood broth with poached oysters, sous vide chicken, and dry-aged Japanese tai fish
Other bowls include the rich Tori Paitan, the lighter Gyokai Tori Cintan, and the bold Tsukemen for dipping.
Each ramen is served as intended, no customisations on toppings or noodle firmness, so what you get is exactly how the chefs meant it to be enjoyed.
Prices range from RM48 to RM58 per bowl.

Ramen David also has sides and snacks like Hanetsuki Chicken & Prawn Gyoza, Chicken Karaage, Wagyu A5 Sushi, and Scallop Aburi, alongside drinks from refillable green tea to craft sake and highballs
