BRAND'S® InnerShine recently hosted a wellness workshop with Watsons, with the theme 'Glowing Inside Out'

While some may think that 'glowing from the inside out' is just a saying, BRAND'S Innershine wanted to prove otherwise. That's why they partnered with Watsons to bring guests on a full day of wellness, mindfulness, and a little self-discovery.

From soothing sound baths to nutrition tips, the workshop had everything to help them shine inside and out.

1. A Sound Bath to soothe the mind

The day kicked off with a Sound Bath, where gentle vibrations helped everyone slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with their inner calm.

2. A Yoga Session to reawaken energy

Next up was a Yoga Session designed to awaken energy and bring balance. Participants left feeling refreshed, centred, and ready to embrace the day.

3. Nutrition tips and easy recipes to glow from within

Guests got a dose of wellness know-how from Adele Wong, founder of Nutrition Track. She shared how BRAND'S InnerShine can support daily wellness and taught simple recipes like overnight oats with InnerShine, perfect for a healthy start to the day.

4. Colour Analysis to boost confidence through colour

There was even a Colour Analysis Workshop, where attendees got to discover their personal palettes, Summer, Spring, Autumn, or Winter. With a little guidance, they learned how the right colours can highlight their features and boost confidence from the inside out.

By the end of the day, it was clear that wellness isn't just about how your body looks on the outside
