PJ peeps, one of East Malaysia's homegrown fried chicken heroes is heading your way!
Borenos Fried Chicken, the crispy-crunchy poultry brand that started in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah back in 2015, is opening a brand-new outlet in Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya.
A sign was recently spotted on the same row as Village Park.
If you've ever been to Sabah or hung out with Sabahans talking about food, you've probably heard of Borenos
The brand was born out of a simple idea: local flavours done right, with fresh ingredients and that unforgettable crunch.
Over the years, Borenos has built a loyal following in Sabah with multiple outlets, and has already dipped its toes into Peninsular Malaysia with stores in Puchong and Bangi, and soon, Damansara Uptown.
Locals have been buzzing about how their first Peninsular Malaysia location in Puchong turned into a must-visit spot (especially for Sabahans missing flavours from home), so the Uptown crowd is definitely in for a treat.
