Bagelhaus, the small-batch bagel spot located at Megah Rise Mall, recently announced that it has officially closed its doors after three years in operation
The announcement was shared in a heartfelt message titled 'Time To Say Goodbye', where the team reflected on their journey from a tiny kitchen and a simple idea to becoming a familiar stop for bagel lovers in the community.
According to the post, Bagelhaus started with "nothing more than an idea, a tiny kitchen, and a ridiculous amount of passion for bagels", never expecting just how far that passion would take them.
Over the years, the team spent countless late nights experimenting with flavours, baking fresh batches, and watching strangers slowly turn into familiar faces; something they credited entirely to their customers and supporters.
With "heavy hearts", the team said the decision was far from easy
Bagelhaus wasn't just a business to them; it was a dream, a home, and a chapter of their lives they say they'll always treasure.
In the post, they also thanked everyone who lined up for fresh bagels, supported their small team, shared their food on social media, gave feedback, and believed in what they were building.
"While this chapter ends, the memories, friendships, and love we've built here will stay with us always," the team wrote.
They signed off the message saying they'll miss their customers more than they know, closing a chapter that clearly meant much more than just bagels.
