Air Selangor has officially rolled out the Air Selangor 2.0 app, designed to give users a faster, safer, and more seamless way to manage everything water-related, all in one place.
The experience just got a major upgrade, and it's all about making things easier for customers
According to Adam Saffian Ghazali, Chief Executive Officer of Air Selangor, this upgrade is part of the company's ongoing efforts to strengthen its digital transformation journey.
"We will continue to improve customer experience through continuous innovation to make every interaction simpler and more efficient.
"This upgraded app is not merely a replacement for the old one, it is designed to enhance how customers interact with and utilise our services in a faster, safer, and more comprehensive way," added Adam.
The app now makes it possible to handle everything in one place
From checking bills and making payments to tracking service applications and reporting pipe bursts or meter leaks, it's all just a few taps away. You can also view real-time updates on water supply status in your area, so you'll always be in the know whenever there's a disruption or scheduled maintenance nearby.
Plus, there's even a friendly virtual assistant. Meet Joy!
Need help with something? You can now chat directly with Joy, Air Selangor's virtual assistant, who's always ready to answer questions and guide you through the app. Whether it's bill queries, reporting issues, or finding the right service, Joy's got your back.
One of the most exciting new additions is Joy Rewards, Malaysia's first digital rewards programme by a utility company
You can now earn reward points just by completing simple in-app tasks and redeem them for vouchers and discounts from popular brands like Inside Scoop, Zus Coffee, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and more.
Who knew paying your bills could come with perks?
That's not all! You can even track your water and sugar intake.
Air Selangor has also introduced Gerai Joy, a new feature that helps you record your daily water and sugar intake. This is a small but meaningful step toward promoting a healthier lifestyle.
Meanwhile, the LCD (Litres Per Capita Per Day) tracker gives you insights into your household's daily water usage, helping you manage consumption wisely and reduce wastage.
