Recently, a woman who gave birth in a hospital in Japan shared photos of the 12 meals she was served during her stay in the maternity ward.

The woman said that the hospital posted all the calories every day so she could see how much she was eating
*"I think they were overfeeding us rather than underfeeding, probably to help with recovery and give us options not to eat parts of foods we don't like, etc."*
