Raymond Fortunado's plans for a holiday were altered when his wife, Joanne, discovered that she had a work event to attend at the last minute.
Adamant that she would still come along on the trip they had planned to Coron in the Philippines, the fitness trainer brought a pillow of his wife's face with him.
Like any caring husband would do, he chose the most 'flattering' photo of Joanne for the pillow and took 'her' wherever he went
