The Philippines' second language is English. It may be because of the colonization of the Americans, or that English proficiency is part of our curriculum or that our parents talked in English and it became our first language. Either/or, doesn't matter.

Mocha has a very black and white understanding of politics. It's either you support the President blindly or you are a kultong dilawan, or a YellowTard. Which means that every Duterte critic is up for public scrutiny. She would post commentaries from people calling out the president and her army of 4 Million followers have threatened critics left and right.
