Popular influencer and entrepreneur Khairul Aming has once again shown why he's known as one of Malaysia's most generous bosses: To celebrate his team, he recently treated all 100 of his employees to a five-day luxury staycation in Kuala Lumpur
In a TikTok video posted yesterday, 1 October, Khairul Aming shared that he closed his factory in Kelantan for five days so that his entire team could enjoy an all-expenses-paid trip to Kuala Lumpur.
The Kota Bharu native proudly showcased the company trip's highlights in his video, beginning with checking his employees into fancy five-star suites at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur.
For hassle-free travel, he also arranged two private hop-on, hop-off buses to take them around the city.
To top it all off, he also gave each employee pocket money to use during the trip.
"As with every company trip, our staff don't have to spend a single cent. Everyone received pocket money for shopping or anything else during the holiday," he said, as clips showed him handing out envelopes of cash.
Khairul Aming kicked off the trip by treating his employees to a lavish Japanese dinner featuring A5 Wagyu and fresh seafood, revealing that the meal alone cost him tens of thousands of ringgit
He also ensured there was no shortage of activities.
Over the five days, his staff enjoyed plenty of excitement — from SplashMania WaterPark fun and go-kart racing to immersive virtual reality gaming and completing challenging courses at an indoor extreme park.
To cap things off, they also had free time to shop and explore the city on their own.
The video has already garnered close to three million views, with netizens praising Khairul Aming for his generosity and leadership
Many wished him and his team continued success, while others joked that they wished they could work for his company.
