An 11-year-old boy recently gave his mum the sweetest response after she told him that she had no money to buy a new tudung.
Twitter user Ayu Azmi uploaded a series of photos on 21 March showing how her cousin responded to his mum's plight.
One of the photos included a screenshot written by the boy's mum explaining what took place that morning.
In the post, the mother wrote that she had spoken to her son the night before about how she had recently seen a beautiful tudung in a store
However, she jokingly said that she didn't have enough money to buy it.
"So, because I did not buy the scarf, my son assumed that I also could not afford to buy food," the mother wrote.

So before leaving for school the following day, Ameirul Aiman left an envelope on his mum's table with a handwritten note
"I really appreciate everything you do for me, mama", the 11-year-old wrote scribbled on the envelope.
Inside was another note which read:
"Assalamualaikum mama, here is RM76 for you to spend on food because I know you don't have money. I really appreciate everything you do for me," he wrote, signing off with, "I love you, mum."

True enough, inside the envelope was a wad of cash worth RM76
Touched by Aiman's concern, the mother added in the post how her child had certainly taken after his father's good traits.
