From the way we talk and eat to the way we interact with others, there are so many things that make us distinctly Malaysian

To celebrate our 68th Hari Kebangsaan, KFC is collaborating with 11 local artists to illustrate the many ways Malaysians enjoy their favourite 'Kepci' menu items.

This year's Kepci Cara Kita campaign is all about embracing our cultural quirks, everyday habits, and makan rituals — the ones we barely think twice about, but that make us uniquely Malaysian.

Whether it's eating Cheezy Wedges with a fork (or fingers), dipping fries in ice cream, or sharing a big Bucket Bersama with family on a weekend, these moments are as Malaysian as it gets.

As part of the celebration, these talented local artists are giving 14 KFC outlets a patriotic glow-up

KFC is transforming 14 of its outlets nationwide (one for each state) into stunning art spaces. Each location features original mural designs by a lineup of celebrated and up-and-coming Malaysian creatives — including names like @katun_, @bingka.kl, and @nassuha_.

Instagram will load in the frontend.

From bold graffiti-style pieces to nostalgic local motifs, each mural will pay homage to our shared identity as Malaysians. They'll showcase how we borak, lepak, and makan in our own ways.

Check out the map below to see where you can spot the murals:
