Originally slated to take over Bangkok on 13 and 14 December, the event was set to feature a stacked lineup including Calvin Harris, Skrillex, Steve Angelo, CamelPhat, Far East Movement, HYO, and more, making this a disappointing blow for fans who had already secured tickets and travel plans.

In their statement, the team cited "challenges that prevent us from delivering the experience our fans deserve" as the reason for pulling the plug, while also thanking fans and artistes for their continued support.

For those unfamiliar, Creamfields is a British-born music festival that has taken over major cities across the globe for decades.

In Asia, it previously made stops in Hong Kong and Pattaya, with Creamfields Thailand held in 2022. This year was meant to mark its big Bangkok debut, organised by Live Nation Electronic Asia and Live Nation Tero, and set to take place over two days at Muang Thong Thani.

As for whether Creamfields Asia will return in the future, organisers have yet to share more details

For now, fans can only hope the iconic festival makes a comeback when the time is right.

"We look forward to welcoming you to one of our future events soon," the organisers added in their statement.

Rolling Loud was also cancelled at the last minute in November:
