Ordering food for your group of colleagues or friends has just become easier

Grab Malaysia rolled out a 'Split The Bill' feature a while back that does the calculations for you on group orders.

However, a recent update to the feature allows the app to automatically charge each person in the group based on what they've ordered. So, you no longer have to make sure people pay you back. 😛

Here's how it works:

As you're setting up the group order, there's a dropdown navigation bar that lets you select your preferred payment option

The options are:
– Everyone pays for themselves
– Everyone pays an equal share
– You pay for everyone

Once you've selected the option you want, Grab will automatically calculate the bill based on your selection and deduct it from the respective accounts when the order has been completed. It will also include the tax, any promo codes you've applied, and the delivery fee.

No math needed and no need to pull up your bank QR code to pay each other!
