WOW! BJMP Allows Inmates To Vote Off-Site In Dagupan City
Inmates in Dagupan City received the privilege to vote and exercise their right on Monday, outside their detentions cells.
Cover image via blogger.comIn a report of GMA News, 41 inmates of the Dagupan City Jail arrived at the West Central One Elemetary School around 8: a.m. to cast their votes for national and local posts.
The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) said more or less than 270 high risk inmates were allowed to vote off-site.
The BJMP said the inmates arrived in the polling center on board two vehicles, with each inmate accompanied by two police officers.
