Some passengers took to social media to share their horrifying experience
Facebook user Amanda Yen said that the power trip happened while the train was passing through a tunnel and the train came to an emergency stop.
Another Facebook user Adzman Sahamir also said that the train suddenly came to halt and there was no light or air-conditioning. The passengers also attempted to open up the windows.
**"Stuffy and *tak boleh bernafas* (difficult to breathe),"** he wrote in a Facebook post.

According to RapidKL, the train services had experienced a technical glitch
Earlier this morning, RapidKL reported via its official Twitter account that the train service for Kelana Jaya LRT was on hold due to a power trip from Setiawangsa to KLCC.
It later said that service had resumed to normal, almost an hour later.
"Isn't it dangerous for them to walk on the LRT track?"
Responding to comments on Facebook that alleged that RapidKL should be held responsible for putting passengers at risk, the public transport operator explained that "walking on the tracks is part of their Emergency Response Plan, which is activated once unexpected situation occurs".
**In fact, RapidKL has gotten the approval from the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) to carry out this plan whenever necessary.**
