The 'Keke Challenge' is the latest dance craze to take social media by storm
It all started when American comedian Shiggy posted an Instagram video of himself dancing on the side of a road to Drake's newly released song 'In My Feelings.'
Originally dubbed the #DoTheShiggy and #InMyFeelingsChallenge, the dance sensation is now also known as the 'Keke Challenge', in reference to the song's lyrics used in the video.
The viral dance has transitioned slightly since it's origins.
The challenge now involves jumping out of a moving car and performing the dance as the driver records the video.
Except for Will Smith, who did it on top of a famous bridge in Budapest, because he's Will Smith.
Not to miss out on the action, several local celebrities have joined in on the fun
Fasha Sandha, Siti Sarah Raisuddin, and Janna Nick have since posted their own versions of the Keke Challenge.
With the dance craze's growing popularity, police have advised Malaysians to stop performing the dance on public roads as it could potentially lead to accidents
City Traffic Enforcement Investigation Department chief Assistant Commissioner Zulkefly Yahya said that, "Thus far, we have yet to receive complaints or reports of road accidents due to 'Keke Challenge,'" New Straits Times reported.
He added that the challenge not only puts the safety of the person performing the challenge at risk, but other road users as well.
