Everyone loves a hot pot feast, but no one enjoys leaving the place smelling like dinner.

In Johor Bahru, Dragon's Journey Hotpot has solved this problem with a gadget you don't usually see at restaurants.

The neat machine was shared in a video by @raye_rradventures_familytravel on Instagram.

You just stand in front of the machine, do a quick spin, and it sprays a light mist to deodorise you. In less than a minute, you're fresh again and free from that telltale hot pot smell.

Diners now can enjoy their hot pot without worrying about smelling like dinner on the way home. It's also handy if you're planning to lepak somewhere else after.

It's a deodoriser machine that is designed to remove unwanted smells from your clothes and hair

It works by releasing a fine deodorising mist, often with ionised water particles or a light fragrance, which neutralises odours from food, smoke, sweat, or even cigarettes.

It's actually more common in the pet world, where cat and dog owners use them. The device sprays a light mist to neutralise any unwanted smells on pets' fur. Dragon's Journey Hotpot takes that idea and applies it to people.

A netizen hoped FamilyMart would get the same machine too.
