You probably know the feeling of forking out a fortune on a romantic dinner – only to be served tiny portions that'll end up making you head to the mamak right after. You won't have to worry about that here! Take your pick from fresh, flavourful salads, wholesome soup and premium cold cuts to start off your meal.
For mains, take your pick from one of the four Signature platters:
1. Soft Shell Prawns
This is the first time we've tried soft shell prawns and we gotta say, we love getting to enjoy prawns without the leceh task of peeling the shell! The yummy prawns are served atop a heap of squid ink pasta, and some shaved Parmesan completes the wholesome dish.

2. Char-Grilled Lamb Loin
This dish is our favourite! The char-grilled lamb loin is beautifully seared on the outside and is kept pink and lush on the inside. The flavourful lamb slices are paired with balsamic bell peppers and an interesting mango yoghurt dressing.

3. Chicken Roulade
The juicy stuffed chicken is given a hint of spice with a delish wasabi crust, served alongside a wholesome mix of veges on a bed of truffle mash.

4. Pan-Fried Red Snapper
The thyme-topped red snapper fillets are served with a side of Alaskan crab-stuffed cucumbers, topped with ebiko and sprouts. A drizzle of creamy seafood sauce helps keep the fish moist and flavourful.

End your meal on a sweet note with the Desserts Platter!
The platter includes three treats – some chocolate truffles, lavender cheese tarts and a slice of berry-topped lychee and rose cake.
