As Dink Avenue celebrates its first anniversary, they're marking the occasion with a feel-good community event that blends sport, social vibes, and a whole lot of paw-sitivity
Happening at Avenue25 in Subang Jaya on 4 April, 'Pickle for a Paw-pose' invites everyone to come together for a day of open play pickleball while supporting a meaningful cause and helping animals in need.
Expect a full day of open play pickleball sessions (registration only required if you're playing).
All levels are welcome, so whether you're a total beginner or a regular on the court, you can join in the fun. Just pick your session: 9am – 11am, 11am – 1pm, or 1pm – 3pm.
Registration is RM25 per person, and it includes a complimentary drink.
But even if you're not picking up a paddle, you're still very much welcome to drop by and join the community fun — pets included.
You'll get to meet adorable adoptable cats and dogs, hang out with fellow animal lovers, and snap cute memories at the pet photobooth
You can also learn more about rescue efforts, fostering, volunteering, and TNR (trap-neuter-return) initiatives.
Plus, there'll be food and drinks for both humans and furry friends.
The event is supported by local favourites including Woof My Roof, Beats and the Beans, dáo, Pawever Memories, Little Pickle, TsukiTsuki, Pichi Pachi, Still Flow Art Atelier, Cassie, and Quan Dog Treats, all coming together to make the day extra special.
There'll even be a lucky draw giveaway where you can stand a chance to win prizes like Joola Hyperion Double Vision paddles and more.
