Sunway Velocity Mall has designated pet-friendly areas, including the V-Chill Commune (Level 5), Nanjing Street Walkway (Level 1), and Velo Garden.
These areas are open on weekends and public holidays, with access via specific entrances and lifts. Recently, pet snack and toy vending machines were installed.
Requirements: Small-breed pets must be in strollers, bags, or carriers at Level 5, while leashes are required in designated areas. Waste must be properly disposed of.

3. Sunway 163 Mall, Mont Kiara

Sunway 163 Mall welcomes pets throughout its common areas, with leashed pets allowed to walk freely on the Ground Floor. Carriers, strollers, or hand-carrying are required for access to other levels.

IPC Shopping Centre features a designated pet-friendly lift that takes you to Level 2, home to The Pet Safari, where you can shop for all your pet's needs.
The mall also sometimes hosts pet-friendly events like the You Ni Market, though access may be restricted outside these occasions.

5. The Waterfront @ ParkCity & Plaza Arkadia KL

Quayside Mall may not allow pets inside the mall itself, but it has a dedicated pet-friendly outdoor space. Pet owners can use the designated pet lifts and pet-friendly parking at B1 (near pillars C16–C18 & D15–D16).

While pets are not allowed inside Setia City Mall, they are welcome in the outdoor spaces, including Setia Eco Pet Friendly Park.
This park features manicured greenery and is equipped with waste disposal bins to ensure cleanliness. Notably, it is recognised as the world's first solar-powered pet-friendly park, providing a sustainable space for you and your furry companions to enjoy the outdoors.
8. 1 Utama Shopping Centre (certain areas)

Pet-friendly dining is available at Lax Lax Restaurant and Bar (Wing E, LG floor), which serves modern Malaysian comfort food alongside an organic home-cooked menu for dogs.
Although 1 Utama has limited pet-friendly zones, Central Park Bandar Utama, located opposite the New Wing, provides ample outdoor space for pets to roam.
