Malaysia's Top 30 Women of Excellence Awards 2025 recently took centre stage at W Kuala Lumpur

Held on 12 November 2025, the event was graced by Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun Dr Hasmah Mohd Ali, with ambassadors, corporate leaders, and creative industry figures among the attendees. The evening was hosted by Diyana Hashim.
The awards ceremony aims to recognise outstanding Malaysian women across business, science, philanthropy, education, the arts, and social impact.
This year's theme, 'Excellence as a Spectrum, Not a Summit', highlighted how success isn't about reaching a single peak but about growing through resilience and purpose

The gala was organised by Top 30 Media with support from partners including Aigner, The Melium Group, LeVive, Hammam Spa, MAC Clinic, London Tea Exchange, Albert Wines, Fiji Water, and LUSH.
Guests were treated to a soulful performance by Yazmin Aziz before speeches from Alvin Sinclair, Chairperson of Top 30 Media, and Yang Mulia Tengku Zai, General Manager of Women of Excellence. Both emphasised the importance of uplifting women's contributions across Malaysia.

This year's 33 honourees represented a wide spectrum of achievements, from social advocacy to business innovation and the arts. Among the inspiring figures highlighted were:
- Datin Paduka Marina Mahathir: Writer, activist, and founder of Zafigo.com
- Dato' Professor Mandy Chew Siok Cheng: President of Lexis Hotel Group
- Aida Zunaidi: Founder of Ibupreneur
- Belle Sisoski: Musician and composer
- Sarah Lian: Founder of Supparetreat
- Whulandary Herman: Actress and Miss Universe Indonesia 2013
- Heidy Quah: Founder of Refuge for the Refugees
- Farah Ann Abdul Hadi: Olympian gymnast
- Aliya Khan: Co-founder of The AFK Collection
- Fiza Sabjahan: Host and media figure
These women were acknowledged for their leadership, creativity, and influence in shaping Malaysia's social and cultural landscape.
The night also featured a panel discussion moderated by Sarah Lian, joined by Datin Paduka Marina Mahathir, Ivanna Salehudin, and Julia Lukenmann, who explored how women continue to redefine excellence in a changing world.
