A Malaysian satay stall recently caused a stir in China after selling out in record time

@sinwantz_, a Malaysian living in China, opened the satay stall at a local event there, drawing a huge crowd. He ended up selling 1,500 sticks in less than an hour.

Despite costing RM10 for just three sticks, the satay was gone in no time. Demand was so high that latecomers were left disappointed, according to SEISMIK.

In fact, the Malaysian's fluent Mandarin made it easy for customers to interact with and buy from him.

The stall immediately caught attention with its bright green setup, a colour often associated with festive celebrations back home

Adding to the charm, the vendor showed up in a full green baju melayu, giving the whole stall a distinctly Malaysian identity that stood out in the middle of a Chinese street market.
