The main highlight is a festive Christmas Eve spread with all the trimmings
The evening will begin with an assortment of thoughtfully prepared starters, including Compressed Melon with Vanilla Scallop Aioli, Crab Cake Timbale with Wakame Salad, Beef Tataki with Wasabi Yuzu Emulsion, and Smoked Seafood with Poached Salmon.
The main spread will feature festive centrepieces such as Roasted Turkey with its trimmings, Red Ribbon Bone-In Ribeye, and a Roasted Whole Lamb Leg with Roasted Root Vegetables.
Alongside these, comforting favourites including Shepherd's Pie, Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pie, Lamb Navarin, and Creamed Spinach Salmon will appeal to diners looking for a hearty holiday meal.
A wider buffet selection will continue to showcase Malay, Indian, Chinese, and Japanese dishes. From assorted sushi and sashimi to grilled seafood, hearty curries, and fragrant biryanis, there will be something for everyone!
Desserts will round out the night with familiar Christmas favourites. Chocolate Logs, Entremets, Petit Gateaux, Marzipan Stollen, Panettone, and Bread Pudding with Creme Anglaise will be offered as a sweet finish.
Diners will also receive a glass of house wine or sparkling juice, and entertainment from Santa, Santarina, and festive performers will add to the atmosphere.
