Dephanie told SAYS that she began dedicating all her time to assisting at her mother's stall on 14 April
She explained that her mother has been operating the business for more than a decade.
"I am a beautician by profession, and due to the flexible nature of my job, I decided to assist my mother with her kolo mee business in the mornings while continuing my beautician work in the afternoons.
"This allows me to earn extra income. After going viral on social media, we indeed observed a surge in customers, and I am not affected by the attention," she said when contacted today, 24 April.
Dephanie added that her husband helps out at the stall whenever his work schedule permits.

With the stall's business thriving, Dephanie expressed hope that the public and other food operators would not feel envious of her success
"I simply wish to say that everyone should concentrate on their own businesses without being envious or becoming critical out of jealousy.
"I am not stealing or robbing; I am simply earning money through my own abilities," she concluded.
