The luxe list of condos below also includes serviced apartments. What's the difference between condos and serviced apartments, again?

People often get confused between the two, they both are multi-storeyed buildings with amenities right?

The initial purpose for a serviced apartment is that they are meant to be like hotels for short term stay. It is built on commercial land, which means that they are near facilities like malls (and may even be part of the mall itself!), F&B outlets and transportation. They are also known to come with housekeeping and are greeted by a concierge.

On the contrary, a condominium is meant for long-term stay and are built on private land and just has the usual facilities like a parking lot, gymnasium, pool and maybe a tennis court. This means higher quit rates and assessment rates than serviced apartments.

Bottom line is, serviced apartments are more expensive than condominiums due to it being built on commercial land.

With that cleared up, are you ready to take a look at the FINEST places Malaysia has to offer?
