idea Live Arena, located at 3 Damansara, has been quietly levelling up PJ's concert scene since April.

A few months in, it now stands as Malaysia's second largest indoor concert arena after Axiata Arena… and the biggest indoor arena housed inside a mall, taking over the mall's old cinema space.

Built to host up to 7,000 people in seated and standing arrangements, the RM40 million venue was created with big-scale shows in mind

Its launch back in April was marked with a special performance by Datuk Sheila Majid, who sang fan favourites like Warna, Lagenda, and Sinaran, setting the tone for what this space aims to be: a new hotspot for concerts and live events in PJ.

It also recently hosted Sean Paul, K-pop groups ZEROBASEONE and RIIZE, as well as Hong Kong-America standup comedian Jimmy O Yang, who sold out both back-to-back shows at the venue.

Beyond the main hall, the arena also features wide and comfortable holding areas for the audience, fully-equipped artiste rooms, five VIP boxes, and premium suite rooms for those who like their concert nights a little more exclusive.

Some upcoming concerts to look forward to at the arena include TIDAL, Bryan Adams, and GIVĒON

The venue is equipped with solid sound, lighting, and visual systems, so the concert still feels immersive whether you're right at the front or seated further back.

There's also a P3 high-resolution LED screen for clear visuals during live feeds, sponsor content, and performance effects.
