Sunway folks, it's time to stock up on your favourite Japanese snacks while you still can
JONETZ by DON DON DONKI will be relocating its Sunway Pyramid outlet by 31 July, according to a recent update by Malaysia Shopping Mall and confirmation from staff on-site.
A poster outside the store confirms that the outlet is moving to a new location.
A shopper, Jayden Lau, also told SAYS he spotted a poster announcing the move outside the store today, 15 July.
However, the new location has not been confirmed yet.
Before it disappears from Sunway Pyramid for good, the branch is holding a clearance sale with discounts of up to 30%
That includes snacks, household items, skincare, and possibly those novelty soft toys you never needed but somehow bought anyway — though perishables and delica are excluded.
Sunway Pyramid was Don Don Donki's third outlet in Malaysia and the first outside of KL
When it opened in 2022, the store was a big deal. It brought all things quirky, kawaii, and konbini-style to Subang's massive student and family crowd.
The outlet quickly became popular for its late-night hours, Japanese sweet potatoes, and the pure joy of wandering aisles packed with stuff you didn't know you needed.
Don Don Donki now operates at Lot 10 and Mid Valley Megamall.
