There are six types of filters designed to address specific air problems

Each filter solves a specific problem commonly faced by Malaysian homes:

• Fine dust filter: Removes up to 99.99% of ultrafine dust particles and is ideal for those who are highly sensitive to dust.
• Allergen filter: Minimises dust mites and pollen by 99.1% and is ideal for those sensitive to airborne particles.
• Pet filter: Neutralises pet odors by 99.4% and is ideal for pet owners.
• Kitchen filter: Gets rid of up to 99.5% of ammonia gas and is ideal for open-plan living and frequent cooks.
• Smoke filter (Noble II only): Removes 99.5% of nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide and is ideal for city living and the haze season.
• Fresh home filter (Noble II only): Eliminates 99.5% of formaldehyde and is ideal for homes with high humidity or those prone to mold.
  
  

This programme allows you to pick one of the above types for your Coway air purifier every four months

You'll receive a WhatsApp reminder ahead of your service date, and you'll have time to choose your preferred filter before a Coway expert shows up for the scheduled Heart Service visit.

And if you didn't make a selection in time, no worries! The Fine Dust Filter will be installed by default. It's really that easy.
