This cosy café in PJ lets you build your own terrarium as you relax with a drink among the greenery
Located in SS2, Taman Hati Studio & Café is a calming space that feels like a mini urban jungle. The café doubles as a plant studio, with every corner and wall filled with live plants, hanging pots, and succulents.
It is also home to several cats that wander freely around the space, often seen napping in empty pots or quietly watching from the corner. They might even keep you company while you enjoy your meal or work on your terrarium, adding to the homely and relaxed feel.
To build your terrarium, purchase a drink and pick out your materials provided by the café
You can choose from a variety of jars priced between RM20 and RM60 depending on the size. You'll get everything you need, including soil, pebbles, moss, and small plants to bring your terrarium to life.
There's a step-by-step guide pamphlet, so even if you've never touched a spade in your life, you're fine.
Once you're done, you can also buy small decorations like mini ducks, tigers, mushrooms, and squirrels to give your terrarium a personal touch.
Besides the workshop, the café offers a range of light meals, drinks, and desserts, perfect for snacking while you work on your terrarium
Their croffle is a must-try, with interesting flavours like honey and chocolate, or Oreo and Biscoff. If you prefer something more filling, there are also pies and lasagna with chicken, beef, and pesto.
Their soft serve is also a highlight, with toppings like chocolate, blueberry, Biscoff, and cornflakes. Pair it with coffee, matcha, or one of their special drinks like Berry Bliss or Biscoff Latte.
