Ara Damansara is set to welcome a new mall called Arra Shopping Centre (ASC)
Positioned as a lifestyle hub, it's expected to become the neighbourhood's go-to spot for dining, hanging out, and picking up everyday essentials.
Part of the upcoming Arra Residences and Amara Residences integrated developments by Puncakdana, ASC is designed to bring together retail, dining, and lifestyle experiences in one place.
Both projects are slated for completion by 2029, according to The Edge.
ASC is positioned as a community-centric space for residents, office workers, and visitors in the area
According to executive director Chuah Chong Ewe, the idea is to match Ara Damansara's evolving vibe: "Ara Damansara is maturing as a neighbourhood, and there's a growing demand for trendy lifestyle and F&B offerings. ASC will complement that by creating a more modern and premium destination where people can gather and hang out."
Confirmed tenants already include popular names like Ben's Independent Grocer, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Kaiia Kanteen, Provisions Cafe, Lok Yoon, Kaki Lima, Padi House, and Kimiya
The lineup also features a mix of local and international eats like Claypot Sifu, Muu Thai, Straits House, Holiao Noodles, Fire Phoenix, Hott Kitchin, Bai Pai Thai, and more.
Beyond dining, the mall will also feature activity-based spaces and experiences.
According to the report, the developer is currently in talks with operators for offerings like rock climbing gyms, fitness and wellness studios, and kids' creativity centres.
As of 30 April, Boulder Story Climbing Gym has been confirmed as one of the tenants.
The development will be within walking distance to the Ara Damansara LRT station and is designed to improve pedestrian connectivity in the area
It will also be linked to nearby spots like CITTA Mall, Courtyard by Marriott Subang, Oasis Square, and Dana 13.
