Netflix Malaysia has partnered up with MRT to celebrate the highly-anticipated premiere of Squid Game Season 2 on 26 December.
Ampang Park MRT Station has undergone a major makeover inspired by iconic visuals from the hit South Korean series. Until 13 January 2025, the station has been decked out with show motifs and character posters adorning the walls, and will be offering interactive games and more.

You can even spot guards donning the famous pink jumpsuits and masks with those instantly recognisable circle, triangle, and square symbols walking around the station.
If you ask nicely enough, maybe you can get a photo with them. 😛

From 20 to 22 December, a mysterious "Ddakji Man" (sorry, it isn't Gong Yoo) will appear at the station lobby to challenge commuters
If you manage to flip his tile, you can score a limited edition Squid Game 2 Touch 'n Go card!
There are two specially-designed cards available. The first design features the iconic Young-hee doll from the "Red Light, Green Light" game with a light pink background, while the other is a minimalistic design with the show's signature square, triangle, and circle shapes against a brown background.

If you're up for the challenge, here's when you can spot the Ddakji Man:
– 20 December (Friday): 11am to 12pm, 1pm to 3pm, 3.30pm to 4.30pm, and 7pm to 8pm
– 21 & 22 December (Saturday & Sunday): 10am to 12pm, 1pm to 3pm, 3.30pm to 5.30pm, and 7pm to 8pm
You can play as many times as you want (hopefully without getting slapped), but you can only win one Touch 'n Go card a day.
The back of the card has a standardised design, featuring the masked guards from the show, standing in a row.

But the thrill doesn't end there.
You can also spot a towering 22-foot-tall [Young-hee doll] (https://says.com/my/entertainment/museum-takes-down-squid-game-doll-after-fans-discover-its-real-location) at the station's Urban Skate Park!
From 20 December 2024 to 13 January 2025, the chilling doll will be guarding the skate park, inviting you to play a game of Red Light, Green Light.
Remember to stand still if you want to snap a photo with her.
