In a heartwarming gesture, he shut down his factory in Kelantan for a day just to treat his employees and their families to a special Raya shopping spree.
A video posted by the popular food influencer and entrepreneur shows him taking his staff out to shop for clothes and kitchen essentials for the festive season.

But that's not all — he also handed out packets filled with RM100 notes as duit Raya and treated everyone to a hotel buffet for iftar
"Yesterday, we closed the factory to celebrate KA staff in this fasting month. We took all the staff shopping for Raya clothes, shopping for kitchen items for Raya prep with the family, gave out Raya money, and also buka puasa at a hotel. Grateful and happy to continue this tradition year after year," the 31-year-old shared in his video caption.

This generous tradition isn't new. Last year, Khairul Aming did the same thing, taking his employees out for a full Raya shopping spree while also giving them their bonuses.
And he doesn't stop at just Raya treats. Previously, he shut down his factories for five days and took all 100 of his employees on a holiday to Penang.
The trip included a stay at a five-star hotel, pocket money for shopping, and well-deserved rest for his hardworking team. And the year before? He took them all to Langkawi.
