Calling all Potterheads: grab your wands 'cause Hogwarts is coming to Kuala Lumpur this April!
The Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) is bringing the magic of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban to life in concert.

From 2 to 5 April 2026 at Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS, Gerard Salonga will conduct the MPO as they perform John Williams' Oscar-nominated, spellbinding score live, synced to the film on a massive 40ft high-definition screen.
That means every Dementor swoop, every Hippogriff flight, and every Boggart scare will be paired with the music that made the movie a classic.

Since the debut of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in Concert in 2016, more than three million people have experienced this magical combination of cinema and live orchestral performance.

In this third year at Hogwarts, Harry, Ron, and Hermione face thrilling new challenges: escaping Sirius Black, taming Buckbeak the Hippogriff, battling shape-shifting Boggarts, and even dealing with soul-sucking Dementors. And yes, there's a dangerous werewolf and shocking family secrets involved too.
"The Harry Potter film series is a once-in-a-lifetime cultural phenomenon, and this is the first time fans will experience the award-winning scores played live while the film plays on the big screen. It's truly unforgettable," shared Justin Freer, president of CineConcerts.
