Taobao Malaysia is making this year's 11.11 shopping festival more inclusive than ever 'cause for the first time, Malaysians can shop the massive sale in English, Malay, and Chinese!
Running from 20 October to 14 November, the annual sale promises massive discounts of up to 15% off, RM1 deals, daily free shipping vouchers, and special perks for new users.
Plus, you can now pay easily through 16 Malaysian banks, including Affin Bank, Agro Bank, Alliance Bank, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat, Bank Rakyat, Bank Simpanan, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and UOB Bank, as well as enjoy local return options for selected items.

To make 11.11 even more fun, Taobao is introducing Taobao Wonderland, a new gamified experience
Through this, you can check in daily to collect up to 6,000 Super Coins, then use them for instant rebates during checkout. The game will also be available in English and Malay.
Taobao is also continuing to improve its platform with AI-powered translations and a fully localised app, so you can browse and shop easily in English or Malay.
For furniture buyers, Taobao will soon roll out a pilot installation service starting in the Klang Valley, making it even more convenient for local shoppers.
