For anyone who has ever felt confused trying to find your way around Sunway Pyramid, you've been heard!
The mall has launched its new Sunway Pyramid Mobile app, with Google Maps integration, so you'll never be lost again.
The shopping mall app is the first of its kind in Malaysia to offer real-time indoor navigation.
In a press release by Sunway Pyramid, Chief Operating Officer of Sunway Malls Kevin Tan said that they wanted to provide shoppers with peace of mind at their fingertips, by helping them navigate around the 1.8 million square feet of space spanning four levels.

The content of the app is personalised based on navigation patterns, redemption, and browsing behaviour, to cater to the users' specific needs and wants
Once users have signed up, they have to take a quiz to determine what type of shopper they are.
The personas include Trendsetter, Digital Genius, Family Hero, Smart Spender, and Golden Groover.
The app also provides users with exclusive rewards from participating outlets, including YSL, Chanel, Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge, Nelissa Hilman, JD Sports, NY Steak Shack, Genki Sushi, and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

Sunway Pyramid is working closely with the Google Indoor Maps team to integrate their mobile app with Google's map engine for upcoming versions of the app
The Sunway Pyramid Mobile App will be available for download on 12 April.
