The game has been updated with a patch that makes it easier to play on modern machines

The new 1.18 patch includes new features and improvements like fullscreen windowed mode and improved anti-cheat for **Windows 7, 8.1, and 10.** The game is also playable on **Mac Beta 10.11 onwards.**
The free download comes ahead of a **full, 4K remastered version of the original 'StarCraft'**, due out later this year.
