News aggregator Lumi News has teamed up with ticketing platform CloudJoi to bring users closer to Malaysia's local arts and entertainment scene

At CloudJoi's keynote event, JoiUp 2026 on Monday, 6 April, Lumi News announced a strategic collaboration with the ticketing platform to bridge the gap between digital discovery and real-world experiences.

"By integrating CloudJoi's extensive event database with Lumi News' trusted news delivery, users can now transition seamlessly from reading about the arts to experiencing it firsthand," the company said.

Through this partnership, users can now access a dedicated CloudJoi News Stack featuring 'Trending Events', where they can browse a curated selection of shows, musicals, concerts, and other experiences across Malaysia.

As part of the collaboration, Lumi News and CloudJoi are offering users an exclusive 10% discount (capped at RM5) on events featured in the News Stack.

Lumi News CEO Judith Yeoh said the partnership with CloudJoi is an initiative aimed at supporting the local arts scene while encouraging more people to experience live shows
