Soundscape II: Sleepless Nights for Troubled Minds a night of music and art therapy to raise awareness on mental health and suicide prevention — is here to give that weary soul a treat
This awesome event will be on October 22, 2016, 7pm onwards, at [121](https://www.facebook.com/121resto/) Allegro Restaurant Bar & Grille, Pasong Tamo Ext., Makati City.
This October, through distorted guitars, thumping drums and fretful vocal pleas, we shout out loud as we raise awareness on mental health and suicide prevention
Together with **6 indie Emo alternative/pop-rock bands** and music acts influenced by the melodic, expressive and confessional lyrics of emo music — the aim is to fight the stigma associated with depression and suicide, and provide support and education regarding mental illness.
The headlining band, December Avenue, will be supported by up and coming indie acts, Jonathan Sibay, Emergency Break Glass, Symmetry and Persona.
There will also be an art market featuring dark and macabre art pieces from promising local visual artists, Ruth Cavin, Christa Vega, Glen Bawan, Rej Santalices and Salad Studio
A drawing contest will be the starting point of the night which will be lead by the ambient music of [Erick Fabian Sr. of Cerumentric](https://www.facebook.com/cerumentric/). Paper and pencils will be provided to the participants.
