[REVIEW] The Samsung Galaxy Buds4 Pro Provides Bigger Sound & Better Comfort
Do they actually sound good? And are they comfortable enough to wear all day?

When Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Buds4 series at Galaxy Unpacked 2026, they talked a lot about hi-fi audio, adaptive algorithms, and computational design
As someone who is not an audiophile and does not sit around analysing bass frequencies for fun, I only wanted to know two things:
Do they actually sound good? And are they comfortable enough to wear all day?
After spending time with the Galaxy Buds4 Pro, here's my honest, non-technical take.

1. They look more "grown up" and feel more premium
The new blade design is sleeker and more angular than older Galaxy Buds models. They feel more polished and premium.
Available in Black, White, and an online-exclusive Pink Gold, it looks clean and minimal.
Personally, I'm a colour person and I have always wanted Samsung to explore more palettes outside of the usual monotone, metallics, greyscale, and hues of blue. :')

2. The redesigned fit is comfortable for long wear and doesn't fall out
Samsung says they used millions of ear data points to redesign the fit. After several hours of binge-watching Netflix on my phone, I can attest that they really do fit well and feel secure.
Often, I've had headaches or felt discomfort in my ears from long earphone wear, but it wasn't the case with these. 10/10 recommend.

3. The biggest upgrade is the new, wider woofer
Translation for normal people: better bass.
Music sounds richer and more "filled out". The low end feels deeper, without drowning everything else out. Vocals are clear. High notes don't screech.
Everything sounds clean and balanced.
They support high-resolution audio too, but honestly? They just sound good.

4. Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) adapts based on how the earbuds fit in your ears
I think I might be a weird egg because I actually enjoy hearing background noises. I feel uneasy and less focused if things are too quiet.
But if you're normal, unlike me, then you'll appreciate how background hum on public transport or in the office drops significantly once ANC is on.

5. Samsung's "Super Clear Call" feature means your voice sounds clearer, even in noisy environments
It's definitely useful if you're working remotely in a busy cafe and need to join virtual work meetings.
Not only are ambient sounds minimised, but your voice is clear for the people on the other end.
If you take a lot of calls on earbuds, this upgrade alone is worth noticing.

6. Partnered with a Galaxy phone and you've got a match made in heaven
Being part of the Galaxy ecosystem comes with perks such as:
- Instant connection to your phone just by opening the Buds case
- You can launch AI assistants by voice
- You can answer calls with head gestures
- You can adjust settings from the quick panel without opening an app
While maybe not a necessity, it just makes life a little smoother, so why not?
If you're not currently using a Samsung phone, the Buds will still work as normal Bluetooth earbuds, just without the extras.
