Yep, it's final. Actor Jake Cuenca and model Sarah Grace Kelly called it quits. This is their second time breaking up and Jake said that "it's final" adding "ayoko na"
"This is our second breakup and, I think, this is the final one," Jake tells PEP during an exclusive interview. "We still follow each other on Instagram, nakikita naman namin ang ginagawa namin. But right now, we're not talking," he adds.
Jake admitted that it was Sarah who broke it off the second time around saying "I don't think she's coming back"
Their romance has been strained from the distance since Sarah had to go back to New York City for work while Jake lives in Manila.
He admits that "distance" was the biggest factor in the break up. "Distance is a big factor, yung malayo kami sa isa't isa."
Though we don't know them personally, this break up is hitting us in the feels and here's why:
1. Jake changed and became a better person with Sarah
"It's like you don't even try, you just do. Because that person makes that big of an impact in your life and that same person deserves the best version of yourself," he tells his followers on Instagram last April last year.
2. He also credited Sarah for changing his life for the better and so effortlessly
3. Jake said on an interview that Sarah was his "bestfriend"
"Like I said, to me, she's the most special girl in my life. For me, she's my best friend," he told PEP
He also thanked her on her birthday greeting for Sarah on his Instagram account.
"Thank you so much for being my best friend and my girlfriend all at the same time.
You are the most amazing person I know and I consider myself so blessed to have you in my life. I will always love and cherish you. This past 10 months have been simply amazing and I can't wait to see what the future has in store for the both of us. I love you babe happy birthday"
4. He went to New York when they broke up the first time and he hoped they would see each other then
He added on his birthday greeting for Sarah that "I want you to know no matter how close or how far we are from each other I will always be there to love and support you." adding "I would still drop everything just to be with you when you need me."
They got back together after he went to NYC.
